Placing Orders
To initiate an order, please send an email to orders-ec@artisticpavers.com or conveniently place your order online through our professional portal. Both options are designed to provide you with a seamless ordering experience.

Payment Methods
We offer two payment options for your convenience. You can settle your invoice using the Bill and Pay platform, which supports various electronic payment methods. Alternatively, we also accept payments by checks.

Billing Communication
All communication regarding billing, including invoices, payment reminders, and any related inquiries, will be conducted exclusively via email. It is crucial to provide us with an accurate and active email address to ensure prompt and efficient communication.

Invoice Details
Once your order has been processed, you will receive an invoice via email. It will include all relevant details, such as the order number, description of the items purchased, quantities, unit prices, and any applicable taxes or fees. Please carefully review the invoice to ensure accuracy.

Payment Terms 
Effective immediately, all payments for orders are due upon receipt of the invoice. We kindly request that you settle the payment promptly to ensure timely processing and delivery of your order.

Paper Copies of Invoices
In our commitment to sustainability and efficiency, we primarily provide electronic copies of invoices. If you require a paper copy for your records, please contact our billing team, and we will be pleased to accommodate your request.

Shipping

Sales Order Confirmation
Upon receiving your order, we will email you a Sales Order Confirmation. This confirmation will include the confirmed ship date that you requested. Please review the Sales Order Confirmation carefully to ensure the accuracy of the shipping details.

Material Holding Period
After we receive your Shipping Request, we will hold the material for a maximum of 2 weeks. It is important to arrange shipping or pickup within this timeframe to avoid any delays or storage fees.

Delayed Shipment Requests
** Please contact Artistic Paver Mfg. at least two weeks prior to your requested ship date to confirm product availability. **
