Order Process
Orders must be placed in writing. Orders can be entered using the online forms above, or by downloading the pdf and faxing it to (305) 653-6565 or emailed to orders-ec@artisticpavers.com. Specify if it's a curbside or backyard delivery. Also, include the date when you will need th material.
When we receive your Order, we will email you back a sales order confirmation. This will have all the specifics of your order. We do this to prevent any ordering mistakes either on your part or ours. We will also let you know approximately when your order will be ready for shipment. You will then sign the order confirmation acknowledging the accuracy of the ordered Items and email it back to Artistic Paver Mfg. (We do not ship any material without a signed order confirmation).
